Simon qualified in 1979 and has a BA in Business Law. Simon has been with the firm since it was founded and his experience extends across the entire range of criminal cases. He regularly appears on behalf of clients at the local Magistrates courts specialising in contested hearings

In addition to his work in the criminal department he conducts Licensing matters on behalf of private individuals and companies who wish to apply to the Licensing Sessions for Justices On/Off Licenses, specific permissions and applications in respect of licensed clubs.
