Rachael originally qualified as a Barrister and was called to the Bar in 1996. Practising exclusively in criminal law she re qualified as a solicitor in 1999.

Throughout her 10 year career she has specialised in criminal law and has practised in both London and Manchester from where she hails. Rachael was part of the original team of lawyers who started Frank Brazell and Partners and she is well respected in our local magistrate’s courts.

Rachael is an experienced Court Duty Solicitor and regularly advises clients charged with a broad range of criminal offences, including, murder, rape, robbery and all types of drug related matters. She is responsible for the preparation of such cases to trial and sentence, conducting all her own advocacy where possible.

Rachael is accredited by the Law society to represent all clients who are arrested and detained at Police stations and also takes part in the police station duty solicitor scheme.
