| Called to the Bar in 1976
as a criminal Barrister and practised in what
is now the Chambers of Rock Tansey until 1985
when he transferred to become a solicitor. Initially
working in Soho he soon joined Prince Evans
Solicitors as Head of the Criminal and Family
Law Department.
Philip founded Frank Brazell and Partners in
2002 and having been a member of the Law Society’s
specialist Childrens Panel for 15 years now
heads the family Law Department.
He is frequently instructed by the courts to
act on behalf of children of all ages who are
involved in care and adoption proceedings.Over
the years he has acquired considerable experience
in dealing with public and private law cases
for children and parents alike.
Philip is the holder of the Higher Rights Qualification
in all proceedings and will act as advocate
throughout.
Albeit the Head of the Family Law Department
he continues to represent clients in the criminal
courts. Acting as Duty solicitor in both courts
and police stations, dealing with a wide range
of offences.
