Michaela Hoggarth is one of the founding Partners of Frank Brazell and Partners and currently balances her time between managing the practice and heading up the Prison law Department.

Having spent over 10 years in the Magistrates Court service as a clerk in both Inner London and Buckinghamshire she qualified as a solicitor and moved into private practice  in 1994.

Initially working in a busy practice in Oxford for some years she moved to London and worked for Prince Evans Solicitors in Ealing. In 2002 she was jointly responsible for setting up Frank Brazell and Partners.

Michaela is an experienced Duty Solicitor for both the Court and Police station schemes and over the years has gained a great deal of experience in representing her clients in connection with a wide range of offences.

Michaela remains committed to criminal defence work and now also specialises in prisoners rights.
