Frank qualified at the college of Law in Guildford in 1994 and completed his articles at Messrs Sarjeant & Sheppard Solicitors in Reading. In 1997 he specialised in criminal defence work for a large firm in Oxford before moving to Clifford Watts Compton in London in 1999.

Frank has extensive experience in all areas of Criminal defence work and has been a duty Solicitor since 1998. He advises and represents clients on all criminal matters prior to charge, whilst at the Police Station and thereafter at all court stages. He provides a personal service to his clients and is dedicated to defence work

In September 2002 he was a founding partner of the firm and continues to be an active advocate and duty solicitor for both Court and Police Station work, regularly appearing in courts across London.

Frank leads the crime department and works closely with other members of the crime team to assist in supervision, preparation and representation when needed.

Frank has conducted many trials and is an extremely experienced and effective advocate on behalf of his clients. He deals with all criminal matters and in recent years has became particularly experienced in the following areas:-

Fraud/Financial Crimes
Proceeds of Crime Act matters
Serious general defence work (Murder, Robbery, Drug Trafficking, Robbery, Rape)

Frank has represented and continues to represent high profile individuals. He is experienced in handling the media and ensuring absolute discretion

Frank is also able to provide high calibre advice to clients whose cases have an international element including foreign Nationals facing money laundering allegations in the UK and abroad (Nigerian, Tunisian, Algerian), allegations of war crimes requiring advice and potentially representation in International jurisdictions and the associated extradition proceedings.
