Charlotte is an assistant solicitor in the Family Law department. She read Law at UCE and qualified as a Solicitor in 2002. After working in Essex for approximately 2 years she joined the firm in June 2004 and has specialised in family law throughout her career. Charlotte particularly specialises in cases concerning children, both public law care cases and cases following the breakdown of relationships between the parents. In addition to public and private law proceedings, Charlotte is able to advise in areas of ancillary relief following divorce or financial dispute and in financial consequences of the breakdown of relationships between unmarried couple. Charlotte will undertake most of her own advocacy.

Charlotte is now an accredited Resolution Specialist with her areas of specialisms in Private Law Children and Domestic Violence.
