The Family Department at Frank Brazell and Partners offers a full range of services in all areas of family law. We have a team which combines enthusiasm with experience, determination with compassion. We are committed to obtaining the best results for our clients whilst giving relevant and considered advice. We offer services both for privately funded clients and those who are entitled to public funding (legal aid).

We have four members of the Law Society’s specialist Children’s Panel and a further six fully qualified lawyers who specialise in family law and are members of Resolution ( formerly the Solicitors Family Law association) a body committed to promoting a spirit of non confrontation in which matters can be dealt with in a sensitive, constructive and cost effective way. We are supported by a number of case workers, trainee solicitors and secretarial staff.
